Our Services
Rates and Insurance
We accept CIGNA insurance which means we will bill your insurance directly and charge you for any copays, coinsurance or deductibles.
For all other insurance plans, we will bill you directly and provide a SuperBill that you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Most of our clients will use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and get reimbursed by their insurance company for out of network services.
Out of Network rates start at $175 per session.
We have reserved a few time slots for reduced rates/sliding scale, please email to discuss.
Please note that any other services including but not limited to consultation with other professionals, phone consultations, paperwork (document review and notes), and emails over 15 minutes will be charged on a pro-rated session basis.
Payment
All major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged $75 for the session.
No Surprise Act
The No Surprises Act was enacted on January 1, 2022 and requires healthcare providers to offer a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) to patients at the beginning of treatment.
We recognize every client’s therapy journey is unique. How long you need to engage in therapy and how often you attend sessions can be influenced by several factors. Keep in mind, though, that in a typical year, with weekly therapy, you may have as many as 50 sessions.
